Brownies veganos / Vegan brownies
mezclar 1 taza harina de trigo + 1 taza azúcar + 1 taza cocoa + 1cdta. polvo royal, agregar y mezclar 1/2 taza aceite de maíz o girasol + 1/2 taza agua + 1 cdta. vainilla + nueces picadas, precalentar horno, aceitar y enharinar asadera, formar bolitas con la masa y hornear, servir tibios con salsa hecha de cocoa + agua + azúcar a gusto /
mix 1 cup wheat flour + 1 cup sugar + 1 cup cocoa + 1 teaspoon baking powder, add and mix 1/2 cup corn or sunflower oil + 1/2 cup water + 1 teaspoon vanilla + chopped walnuts, preheat oven, oil and flour baking sheet, form balls with the dough and bake, serve warm with sauce made with cocoa + water + sugar on your taste

lavar las acelgas, separar los tallos de las hojas, cocinar al vapor o hervidos, pasar por una mezcla de harina de garbanzos con agua y luego por pan rallado, freír en aceite vegetal /
wash chards, remove stems from leaves, cook on vapour or boiled, go through a mixture of chickpea flour with water and then pass through bread crumbs, fry in vegetable oil
acompañar con hojas verdes frescas de lechuga, espinaca y rúcula, y rociados con abundante jugo de limón /
serve with green fresh leaves of lettuce, spinach and arugula, and plenty of sprinkled lemon juice
delis pero cuanto aceite! última vez que hice fritos!

el contenido de una lata de conservas de garbanzos + 2 dientes de ajo + aceite de girasol + jugo de limón + 5 maníes crudos + 2 nueces + unas hojitas de albahaca, todo licuado /
